Inspired by the inclusive and innovative spirit of ICHK Secondary.
"Every young person is capable of extraordinary things — when given the right environment, tools, and people around them."
ICHK Summits is a three year programme to prepare neurodivergent young people for adulthood and the world of work.
Inspired by ICHK Secondary’s inclusive and award winning philosophy and practices, the programme has been specially designed to bridge the gap between education and adulthood, empowering participants with the tools they need to thrive in the professional world and achieve personal autonomy.
Over the three years, vocational training will be integrated with holistic life skills, and will include job observations, internships, enterprise, one-on-one mentoring and job coaching. Young people will also develop skills in communication, budgeting, travel, personal safety, digital literacy and self care.
Learn about ICHK SecondaryThe core programme will focus on preparing young people for adulthood and the world of work, and vocational training will be integrated with holistic life skills.
Job observations and a mix of supported and unsupported internships.
One-on-one mentoring and job coaching to navigate workplace nuances.
Targeted social skills training to foster meaningful connections with peers.
The three zones (Basecamp, The Haven, and Peak) are designed to reflect the learning journey at Summits: beginning with structured exploration, moving through balance and reflection, and culminating in real-world application.
Our space has been designed to create a natural rhythm of transition, guiding users intuitively through different learning experiences.
These sketches are artistic concepts, and will evolve as we finalise the design of our purpose-built learning spaces.
We are looking for motivated young people who are ready to take the next step toward independence.
Young people with a genuine desire to build a meaningful professional and personal life beyond school.
Basic self-care skills, the ability to engage constructively in a group setting, and the capacity to commute independently.
The emotional and behavioural stability a workplace environment requires — with support always available as needed.
We invite you to explore our admission requirements, and we welcome conversations with prospective learners, families, and carers before you apply.
Our location is intentional. Being in Central puts participants inside Hong Kong's professional core — commuting independently, navigating a real city, building the spatial confidence that matters long after the programme.
Whether you are a prospective participant, a parent or carer, a school counsellor, or an employer curious about partnership — we would genuinely love to hear from you.
